Fishing is one of the main gathering activities that players can do in the world of Finders Keepers. Players can fish by using the fishing rod in the players' third tool slots. Once the players equipped their fishing rods, they should click on a fishable body of water near a fish. Once the fish becomes aware of the bobber, it will quickly swim to it, poking it a few times before being alerted (as evident by a red exclamation mark appearing above its head). Once it is at that point, players should quickly reel in it by clicking on the water again to acquire the fish.
Players can either exchange fishes for rewards from certain quest givers throughout the zones or sold to Agnard in The Neighborhood at their respective selling prices. Players can fish in the following locations:
Step-By-Step Guide[]
- Step 1: Click near the fish where you want to throw your bobber to be at. Must be in fishable waters!
- Step 2: Wait until an exclamation mark appears and click once as soon as possible. Clicking too early will result in the fish escaping, the same thing will happen if you click too late or didn't click at all!
- Step 3: After reeling the fish in, the fish will swim around the hook for a bit. Wait patiently as it cycles through.
- Step 4: And finally, the fish will jump towards the player's direction as a pickable item, while the hook retracts back to the rod. The player will also receive some experience points as well.
